Welcome to the Timboon Railway Shed Distillery, just 15 minutes inland from The Great Ocean Road, the 12 Apostles and Port Campbell. Our old, restored railway shed houses two copper pot stills making award winning Single Malt Whisky. Vodka, Schnapps, Limoncello and our famous Coffee Cream Liqueur are also a popular choice at the distillery. Whisky tastings are $10 (redeemable if you buy a bottle!) and our liqueurs are complimentary to taste. Chat to one of team, and learn about the art of small batch distilling and the local illicit distilling history. The 'Shed' also serves as the central hub for local produce in the area. Over 13 local producers within a 50 km radius supply the shed with their goods. Honey, strawberries, ales and wines, cheese and Belgian chocolates are just some of the products available. Lunch is served daily on the covered deck overlooking the rail trail and bookings are advised. Owner and head Distiller Josh Walker and his family offer a destination with a real 'sense of place'...
