The Venue A little bit eclectic, a little bit Gansta, a little bit posh and a little bit grungy. Think F. Scott Fitzgerald meets The Dead Rabbit, New York. St LuJa doesn\u2019t really fit into any specific mould as such but is happy to break them all! It is definitely interesting and wholeheartedly quirky and we wouldn\u2019t have it any other way! The Food Allison Hartmire heads up the kitchen at St.Luja. Trained in the French style, Allison has worked from some of Melbourne\u2019s most celebrated chefs, including George Colombaris and Shane Delia. As the previous head chef at State of Grace, Allison cemented her own name in the local food scene for her amazing food and degustation menus and she brings this creativity & flair to the St.Luja kitchen.
