Great Beginnings means providing children and families with a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere, where the team of educators is able to give each child wonderful experiences and the opportunities to create their own magical moments. We create a nurturing learning environment through collaborative partnerships with families, by having professional educators who display respect for diversity of values, beliefs and practices and who actively build genuine and meaningful relationships with children.

We are a cosy little centre with a homely feel licensed for only 26 children a day. We have families from 21 different cultural backgrounds. We provide a respectful nurturing environment for children aged 14 months to 5 years of age. We have two main learning rooms, one for our toddlers and another for our Kindy children. We have 4 qualified educators in the centre, our cook is one of them, and we have one staff member study the Diploma of Children’s services. Our cook was named Employee of the Year for the whole organisation in 2012!
